End of Season Banquet is back!

We are excited to bring back our end-of-season banquet at Creekside Event Venue. This year the banquet is not limiting attendance like we had to last year - so invite the whole family :)

Event Date: April 7, 2022

Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cost: $35 (purchase ticket from the shop)

*We are not offering a different ticket price for kids this year.

**Swimmers get into the banquet for free as part of their membership fee.

Deadline to purchase tickets: March 31

**Sponsors, you receive complimentary banquet tickets - Laura Bennett will reach out to you depending on your level.

2022-2023 Board Positions Open

We have several board positions open for next year. If you are interested, please let me know by March 23.

Positions we need:

Secretary - meeting minute notes oversee the Scholarship committee.

2 Director at Large positions - contribute in different ways. You can do scholarships, organize Spiritwear sales, social media chair, website coordinator, organize team swimsuit sales, team photographer, and more.

Usually, the director at large positions will have subcommittees to handle these positions - so if you can't commit to the board but want to help - these are positions we need to be filled.

**Board positions need to attend monthly meetings - the board sets the dates.

We will vote and announce the new board at the banquet on April 7.

Thank you for being so patient while I was editing regional photos - I took a LOT to capture those special moments. The Smug Mug page is updated with all the meets - except for state meet. State pictures will be uploaded soon.

As always - you and your family members can download any of the photos of your swimmers for free.

**I am looking for a team photographer to take over the role of capturing all the meet memories for next year. This can be a two-person job - one for JV and one for Varsity. It does need to be an adult - not a student or swimmer.

I will show you how to use our photography website and pass on some tips!

Letterman Jackets & patches

NEW qualified swimmers – You MUST confirm with coaches before ordering your letterman jackets and/or patches. There are qualifications to be able to order these items.

Compete and place in the top 6 at the District Competition

Compete in at least 2 District Championships (w/o top 6 finish)

Complete three seasons on the team in good standing

If you qualify for a letterman jacket and patches – Meca Sportswear might be coming to the school in the spring for a fitting and an ordering day. I'm not 100% sure they are returning for this option yet – if not, you can contact them, and they will tell you how to measure your swimmer for the jacket.
